Focus: Being Able to Love You

This package will be uniquely guided based on your individual's needs. Prices will vary. It begins with a FREE 30 minute consultation at the time of your appointment.

Services offered:

 - One Tao Healing Hands blessing from the Universe/ Source (This could change the way you feel and think about yourself.) or One Tao Song Blessing (where you receive high frequencies/vibrations from the song)

AND 

-Offer two practices that will guide you to love yourself more (one hour each) and receive a follow up phone call/email/zoom meeting to check progress after each practice

- One book will be presented so you can continue to work on embracing and accepting yourself more 

How this session will be  offered:

- On Zoom or in person if you're in Toronto, Ontario

- Listening to your needs prior to doing an opening your heart to the love and light exercise

- Be open-minded and visualize opening your heart to the Universal/Source light that is coming in

- With eyes closed,  believe and feel the light coming into your heart so you could start your ability to love yourself more
